The company is great to deal with. They don’t have an extra strap, but issued a full refund. Will definitely order from them again! Thank you!

I received this bag and was very happy with it. Not even a week in, the clasp on the strap broke. They do send an extra strap, which is cloth, But the leather strap is unusable.
