HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM (S)?

If a customer would like to return the item you first need to contact us, Please note that in order to start a return you need to meet following conditions:

  • Reason of the return
  • Item has to be new
  • Must be unwashed and unworn
  • Be In the original packaging

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT(S)?

  • 30 days

WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW TO COMPLETE RETURN OF A PRODUCT (S)?

A) Send us an email to info@lilysInternational.com and you receive our approval. please follow the following instructions to send the product(s) to us:

  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email and label.
  • Go to the local post office to ship the package to the address: 

B) Please provide us the tracking number from the post office or couriers

You will receive an email as soon as we received your items. We will also send you another email to notify you if we approve or reject to refund in your case.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST?

No, Once we approve the return there is no shipping cost to you to pay. We will send to you a shipping label that you will need to apply to the return product (s).
